We first met Talia Champlin over 20 years ago by sheer luck through a cold call to RE/MAX in pursuit of a realtor to buy a house in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo area. She proved to be an outstanding realtor as well as a genuinely good person. We then hired her a second time 13 years ago when we moved from Richland to Kalamazoo, and she was again truly impressive, providing valuable guidance during the negotiations. This August we sold our Kalamazoo home, and of course we called Talia. She sold our house in less than a week for substantially more than other realtors recommended listing it for, and she recommended simple but effective actions for us to optimize the sale. I'm only allowed to give 5 stars max, but I'd give 10 if I could.

working with Talia during the sale of my parents' home was truly a blessing. She was compassionate, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. Selling a family home is never easy, especially when it brings back so many childhood memories and emotions. Talia understood that from the very beginning and handled everything with such care and sensitivity. She was always available to answer questions, offer reassurance, and provide guidance whenever we needed it. Talia kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we understood the process and what to expect next. She also provided valuable suggestions on how to prepare the home for sale, which made a tremendous difference. Sold a home in May 2026. Talia was super proactive the moment we contacted her. She came out, walked the property and with total confidence, said she would find the buyer that would fall in love with it. She listed it on a Monday, we had showings within 2 hours. It was sold and we closed by the following Thursday. Talia was on it with every document, what the next steps were, answered our calls and emails within minutes. We never had any doubts she was the top of the line professional! The entire process was seamless! We highly, highly recommend her!!

Talia was great to work with! She was responsive to my questions and gave me suggestions to prepare to sell. I actually listed while I was out of state for a month and had a buyer in just three days! She really cared how I was doing under stressful conditions (cross-country move and Michigan storms) and kept me informed of progress.
