Suzie and her team made our home buying experience an absolute dream. Everyone she had help us title, home inspector and her assistant to name a few, were knowledgeable and thorough. From the beginning, Suzie and her team were extremely helpful in preparing us to sell our home. Not being local was an initial concern when selecting a realtor, but Suzie took those worries away and took the lead on helping us close in a very quick fashion!

Suzie has a good team working for her. Her buyer's agent Chelsea was our main contact both in the purchase of our new home and selling our old one. Her and Chelsea were friendly and personable and didn't pressure us. They clearly worked very well together and had excellent communication with each other. It was a pleasure working with them.

Suzie always goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is extremely professional, readily available if any issues come up, and has a great big heart of gold. In my case, she skillfully navigated a very tricky and tenuous divorce situation with the utmost tact and grace. This was the second time Suzie helped me to sell a home, and she has also once been my Realtor as a buyer . I would highly recommend her to anyone on either side of the transaction.

Suzie was a joy to work with on the sale of our home. It was a first sale for us so we were very novice to the process and guided us right thru it. She helped really helped by telling us what we should put time and money into and what we should not cause it wasn't a good rate of return. She also hired an amazing photographer and helped give me tips on staging our home to sell. When it was time for documents to be signed she came to our house at our convienence. She has a way about her that makes you feel as if you have known her for years.my kids loved her as well. She's very knowledgable of our area, where there is good water, where homes have a great resale potential or not. If a home came up for sale we liked my first call was Suzie even tho ours hadn't closed yet and she wasn't our buyer agent, she had no problem telling me if it was a good place or not. Most of those conversations were late at night even. She's the hardest working agent in our area and if you want a house sold right and sold quick she's the lady to go see!

Suzie was a pleasure to work with. She gave helpful ideas on what we could do to our home, not only to improve value, but also to help sell it quickly. She listed our house and we had an offer in just three days. After a disastrous 3 plus year "agreement" with a couple who lived in my house with the "intent" to buy it if I could "be patient" until they "fixed" their credit.... all the while letting my house fall apart to the tune of 50,000.00$ worth of damage.... Suzie Matney was recommended to me by a mutual friend. And thank Heaven for that!! After only a few months, Suzie called with an offer to buy my house as it stood.... no repairs needed! The buyers would do all work themselves! I jumped on it and closed as scheduled. Suzie was always very professional and very honest! I never felt like she was telling me what I wanted to hear..... instead I felt like she was giving me much needed information based on her experience. And that information is crucial when selling a house. I would recommend Suzie Matney to anyone! She is honest, reliable, very friendly and quick to respond to phone calls, text messages or e-mails.Thank you again Suzie Matney......I can finally sleep:-)
