Susan is beyond excellent in all the elements of an excellent realtor, including responsiveness/self motivated, professional, listening & communication skills, responsible, attention to detail, problem solving, very easy to work with, real estate market knowledge & experience, marketing, and all involved with that; going the extra mile when needed, amiable, diligent, trustworthy, knowledge with title company info, and solar company contract info, negotiating skills - she's just absolutely outstanding.
