I will fully admit, I'm not the average home buyer. I tend to buy what I want, at the price I want and am not bashful at all about offering 20% below asking price or walking away from a deal that I'm not comfortable with. Sue has helped me buy 3 houses in the last 3 years and has been more than a pleasure to work with (as you can see from my other review in 2015). She has been very up front and quick about scheduling showings (all 75+ of them) that fit both our schedules. She hasn't batted an eye at what I want to offer on a property (however crazy it might be) and in all honesty is great to work with.Another thing that I like about Sue is that she forces me to do my research before offering on a deal and makes sure I do my due diligence and fully understand what I'm getting myself into, along with making sure I'm on task with completing my check list of to-do's upon an accepted offer. I'd highly recommend having Sue as my buyers agent (as evident for the repeat business).

Our experience from start to finish was great. Sue was very patient with us and always seemed to made it work out for us to attend a showing no matter the time of day or even the weather conditions. We couldn't have asked for anyone better, so fun to work with and of course very helpful. :) thank you Sue, we love our new home.

Sue helped me purchase 2 homes and helped me sell another home. She responded quickly and was always a professional to deal with. Her knowledge of the market was very good and her willingness to help made our dealings very positive. I would highly recommend Sue if you are buying or selling a home or property.

Sue Bohlen is a great person and realtor. Very honest and trustworthy. This is the 3rd time we have used her when buying or selling our houses. We lived in Arizona for a while and bought and sold a house there, my husband and i missed her expertise! She is our realtor for life!

Sue was the first and only realtor I called when my husband and I bought our first home. Within 15 minutes of my first call to her, Sue made arrangements to meet us and show the house we wanted to see! Over the course of four months, she met us for another 30 showings. Sue was available 24/7, answering late-night phone calls that I expected to go to voicemail and making arrangements that fit our schedule. She was professional, personable, and PATIENT throughout the entire process. Sue went to bat for us, and we ended up getting a great deal on a house we may never want to leave. If we ever decide to move, Sue will be the first person we call.

I felt like Sue did a great job of understanding exactly what I was looking for in a home right from the start. Of course she knew the basics (number of bedrooms, etc) but she also listened and understood the less tengible things that I wanted. She did a phenomenal job, showed lots of patience, and helped us find the home that we are all very proud to call ours!!
