Stephanie and the whole team were a pleasure to work with! Being a first time homeowner I had many questions in this new and often confusing process. Not only were they easily available to contact but explained in a way that someone not familiar with real estate could understand. When there was an issue regarding the loan company Chung jumped in and handled the problem immediately as to not push back our closing date. I would highly recommend this team to anyone, whether you're buying for the first time or your sixth time. 10 out of 10 service!

Selling my house was a difficult and painful decision because of but Stephanie's team was incredibly sensitive, proactive, efficient and knowledgeable every step of the way. Special shout out to Vitacco's agents Raini Casados, who helped me buy the very house I had to sell fourteen years earlier and who was particularly understanding and compassionate to my circumstances, Joey Lewis, who's energy and warmth translated through every phone call, and Chung Mi Ferraro who was on top of every single tiny detail throughout the entire process. Vitacco's team is a well-oiled machine and everyone seems very passionate about their work and their relationship with their clients. We hired Stephanie and her team to sell our house that we have lived in for 35 years. It was one of the better decisions we have made.We had unique circumstances as we were selling the house and liquidating most of our possessions in the house because we were moving to an other house in a different state that we already owned that was fully furnished.From the very beginning, Stephanie was caring and professional. She has a complete team that works for her that were exceptional. Each team member was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. All our questions were quickly answered, and based upon their vast network, they were able to generate a tremendous interest in our house. Within the first week we had multiple showings and within a few weeks we had multiple offers many of which were above the asking price. Stephanie‘s team made sure to vet any perspective buyers so we didn’t waste our time with people that were not serious. During the process either Stephanie or somebody on her team were always available to give sound, caring and professional advice. In addition, based upon their vast experience in real estate transactions, they had a network of trained professionals to do the ancillary work necessary to sell the house.Selling real estate is an emotionally draining and unsettling experience. Having a professional team working for you makes it so much easier to deal with the stress. I met Stephanie 15+ years ago when she listed my property for sale. She provided guidance on staging, walked me through the process and what to expect. She kept me constantly informed on the progress and provided solutions to problems as they occurred. Fast forward, I became Trustee to my sister’s personal affairs and rental properties due to her illness. Since she was living in California, the first person I called for referrals and advice was Stephanie. She spent hours on the phone with me, listening to my concerns, counseling and providing recommendations. She offered her full support during the past 5 years even though I was not in the market to sell or buy properties.When my sister passed and the heirs decided to sell the properties, I called Stephanie. I wanted to find out her process for selling rental properties and expressed some concern since these were not in the areas I thought she sold in. We spent about an hour going through her process and by the end of that call, I made the decision to sign with her company.
