I met Stephanie 15+ years ago when she listed my property for sale. She provided guidance on staging, walked me through the process and what to expect. She kept me constantly informed on the progress and provided solutions to problems as they occurred. Fast forward, I became Trustee to my sister’s personal affairs and rental properties due to her illness. Since she was living in California, the first person I called for referrals and advice was Stephanie. She spent hours on the phone with me, listening to my concerns, counseling and providing recommendations. She offered her full support during the past 5 years even though I was not in the market to sell or buy properties.When my sister passed and the heirs decided to sell the properties, I called Stephanie. I wanted to find out her process for selling rental properties and expressed some concern since these were not in the areas I thought she sold in. We spent about an hour going through her process and by the end of that call, I made the decision to sign with her company. It was the best decision I could have made.She introduced me to her team, “Team Vitacco”, which basically took over the bulk of what was needed, once Stephanie visited the properties and provided her analysis. Throughout the process, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. They had to deal with very little information on the properties/tenants (all paperwork had been destroyed), uncooperative tenants and a property manager who was challenging (to say the least). They kept me informed, requiring very little assistance from me.
