I began talking with Carrie Reardon during the fall of 2018. We discussed what improvements would help sell my house and when the best time would be to go on the market. Following her advice, improvements were made and the house was listed with Carrie and the Jewett Team in early February 2019. Before the end of April 2019, I had sold the house at a near-asking price, and a price I'm confident would not have been possible without their expertise and marketing efforts. I certainly recommend Carrie and the Jewett Team as your realtor.

Carrie Reardon is, by far, the best and most professional realtor I have ever worked with! My husband and I were needing something quick as we were expecting a new baby and needed to be closer to his job. Carrie took a lot of time to show us over 40 houses in two weekends to find us our first home. She pushed (respectfully) us to look at houses that didn't fit what we wanted so we could get a better idea of what we a absolutely could and couldn't live with. The home we ended up buying was one we didn't even want to look at. We knew the sellers and didn't want to cause any drama or hard feelings during negotiation. Carrie asked us to look at it. I fell in love but my husband wasn't sold. We went and looked at a few more houses but I was still stuck on the one I loved. Once we picked up our oldest child and took her back to the house I loved, she loved it as well. The playground in the backyard sold her and she kept calling it her park. Carrie was so helpful and caring during the whole process. She was patient with my pregnancy hormones and took her time to explain everything to us so we understood fully what all went into buying a house. She connected us with a lawyer that she trusted to go over all the sales documents. Carrie put together a welcome home package. In the year since we have bought our home, Carrie has dropped off a congratulations gift when we welcomed our new daughter, an Easter egg hunt for the kids, and moms in the Fall. She was beyond amazing and I will definitely work with her again when we decide we have outgrown our current home! I would and have recommended her to everyone I know looking for a home!!

As a first time home seller, I was nervous about the process. Carrie and her team walked me through every step professionally and with caring ways. My house didn't require any updates other than the Radon mitigation before going on the market in January. It sold after 2 open houses and a few showings in 5-6 weeks. i was very happy with the price AI got (with Carrie walking me through negotiations)and closing was conducted a month later without any problems. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
