As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a Realtor who was: responsive, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and a zealous advocate to match my nervous wit during this process. Jodi was awesome helping us buy our first home. Our plans changed half way through our process with what we wanted and Jodi was so supportive! she responded promptly to texts and phone calls and was more than willing to show any property we wanted! after putting in an offer and it being accepted Jodi was good at explaining the process of what came next and roughly how long it would take. at closing she made sure we understood everything we were signing and didn't have any surprises! after closing Jodi checked in on us and made sure everything was still going okay. I would definitely recommend Jodi to anyone looking for a new home. she is extremely knowledgable, you won't regret using Jodi!
