Get your inspection!!! No matter what!!!We listened to terrible advice to skip the inspection, and now we’re paying for it literally. Greg, former home builder, walked past, overlooked, and minimized all issues with the property he sold us. We have had so many issues and I’m disgusted that we didn’t get an inspection, my biggest regret ever. A realtor is supposed to be on your side, be objective, and help you make the best decision and all that he was interested in was the commission. We will have to refinance because we have spent so much of our own money on serious repairs, and who knows what has still to be discovered.I wouldn’t recommend this group to anyone!!!

I cannot use enough superlatives to accurately articulate the transcendent buying experience with Cindy. Cindy was responsive, transparent, patient, persistent and client-centered. My wife and I recently moved from the Chicago suburbs to this area to find our forever home. On a lark, on a Saturday afternoon, we visited a property we had only just found that day on Zillow. Zillow asked if we would like to connect with an agent. We agreed. Within less than 10 minutes, Cindy Eckols had called and said she would be only too happy to show the property! I don’t know where she was when she got our random call, but she came to that property, her smiling and effervescent self, in a heartbeat! Being new to the area, Cindy showed us the opportunities that this particular property offered. We made an offer that day! It was accepted. Cindy Eckols team did a great job with my recent home purchase. The realtors were all knowledgeable, honest, and helpful and were able to quickly help us find the right home and get an offer in. Another place where the Eckols team really shined was their office staff. Kyle and the rest of the office staff made getting to close successfully a breeze and were by far the most responsive group I've worked with over 3 home purchases.

Cindy and her team worked nonstop for us. While we quickly found the perfect house, there were numerous complications and difficult negotiations Cindy had to work through on our behalf. It was stressful, but Cindy was always reassuring us. In the end she was absolutely right, and we couldn’t be happier with our new dream home!

Cindy was very helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process of finding and buying our home. Very dedicated and represented us well. Gave us no-nonsense answers and through yet concise explanations, which appreciated in on our own self inflicted time crunch. When we forgot to set up our utilities, Cindy and her team helped us and got everything on within 2 hours of us arriving for the walk through on the day of closing. In short, I highly recommend Cindy and her team when looking to buy or sell a home!
