Silvana Piadade - ROCKS! Not only is SIlvana a beautiful lady but so smart and very professional! Silvana - knows the Memphis real estate market! Her expertise and guidance was so helpful to us in a very difficult situation! My sisters and I discovered that our precious mother was very ill and that we needed to sell her house quickly! When I heard this devastating news about my mother - and just how quick we needed to get her house in Cordova sold - Silvana Piadade immediately came to mind! Silvana met with my mother and I and gave us both such a comfort level that she had our best interest at heart and would get us the best price possible for mother's home - Silvana delivered! Silvana made the entire selling process quite easy. At our first meeting, she explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She made suggestions to get the house ready for photos and arranged for someone to take quality photos (not out-of-focus pics from a cell phone!). She always responded promptly to my follow-up questions and issues. She told us that our house would sell quickly, and she was right. The listing went online on a Monday night, and we had 3 showings the very next day with offers beginning to come in!
