The Sharon Ketko team are fantastic to work with! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and also very nice people to work with. We listed our home with them and had a wonderful offer on our home in 5 days after the listing went live. Sharon has been sending real restate update for my community (Wentworth IV) to use via email for many years now. When we started to looking for an agent, our first thought was Sharon because we believe she knows the community and zipcode 75093 best and has been serving her client from this area for a long long time. When our home got listed, we really love the listing, the picture and the description are really amazing, we love it. Also Sharon guide us to set initial listing price, I think the right price is very important to get it started in this market. Sharon and her team work diligently, hold open house every other week, we got lot of showings, we have always been in good communication. Her assistant Annick is great and have everything in order, her other teams are execellent, they came to see house before they host the open house so that get to know the house more. We first met Sharon Ketko through the purchase of a home - She happened to be the listing agent for two homes that we were interested in during a 6 month downsizing search. We had seen her ads and mailers through the years, but It wasn’t until the process of purchasing one of her listed homes, that we got interested in her business acumen and marketing style. Through our purchase, we paid strong attention to how she worked, her sales and marketing strategies, knowledge of the home sales in the area and her professionalism. She quickly became one of the top agents that we interviewed to list our $3M + home. Upon her interview she nailed it! She came well prepared with information about herself, her business and comps. She valued as we did, the location of the property and the many big dollar upgrades that we had put into the home and yard. We also saw eye to eye on the target sales price and our goal of selling quickly. We hired her the following day and are Very glad that we did! Her professionalism and experience paid off. Her team was amazing and we never felt invisible in the process. We very much felt connected which was perfect for us because we loved that house and we wanted the new buyers to love it too! We were always able to ask or discuss anything and either by call or text we were able to easily get feedback on showings as well. We were also aware that Sharon has many listings, but we didn’t feel like that was the case. Her ability to keep her attention on her listings, as if you are the only one she has, was pretty awesome. Sharon, Annick and her team were our kind of agents! We listed, had a contract, and closed in 35 days and can only give rave reviews and super high marks!!
