Shane helped us to locate our perfect home as our buyer representative when we moved to Michigan in 2015. So when it came to sell in 2020, we went back to him and the Shane Adams group - and it was the best decision. Shane had a great understanding of the local market and our home value. Not only did we sell for our full listing price, but we sold our home within two days for $10k more than any other realtor thought we would get. Shane is in a league of his own !!! There is a reason that he is #1 in the area. He and his staff are second to none. He offered far more than other agents could offer. The professional listing that he put together, maintained communication, marketing and the follow up after the sale are just some of the things that separate Shane and his staff from the others. An issue was noticed after the sale was completed, they contacted the Title company and immediately resolved the issue.
