One can only speak of Scott Minshall with superlatives. In previous years we have employed the services of other realtors. While they were all satisfactory, they could not compete with Scott’s exceptional level of service. Prior to putting our condo on the market, we first came to know Scott through his neighborhood newsletter called “The Loop,” which contained valuable newsworthy real estate and home repair information. Over the years Scott has assisted us with various home improvement projects by recommending reliable painting, carpet cleaning, and landscaping services. When we finally moved out of our condo, we decided to remove all its furnishings prior to placing our condo on the market. We left the empty house in Scott’s trusty hands. Scott, in turn, arranged and handled the marketing, cleaning, minimal repairing, and staging of the condo. His knowledge of the market and pricing were spot on. All through the selling process, Scott kept us abreast of each step He helped troubleshoot any concerns that arose. Much to our delight, our house sold in just 18 days, with escrow closing in less than a month! A remarkable feat given that at the time the market was down. We would highly recommend Scott as a realtor because of his years of experience, his reliable communication skills, and his friendly “can do” attitude. Selling a house can be rather stressful. Scott made the whole experience rather simple, easy, and headache-free!

Our neighbor recently sold her same-model home for less than $1M. We felt our home was worth far more than that. The challenge (with that recent comparable sale) was finding the right realtor who could sell our home at a significantly higher price and justify the difference in price to potential buyers and to an appraiser.We interviewed 3 realtors, including our neighbor’s realtor and Scott w/ Scott & Cindy Real Estate – our local Anaheim Hills specialist.We chose Scott, and we were so glad we did! What Scott was able to do for us was incredible. First, his marketing is top-notch, heads and shoulders above that of the other realtors we’ve seen in our area. We found ourselves looking at our listing numerous times a night and commenting on how we knew for sure nobody could have marketed our home any better. The preparation, photos and description were exceptional! Scott did not use a lock box, rather he did every showing personally and we believe that made a huge difference as he knows these homes and this area so well. Within a week, we received multiple offers, and Scott was able to work things out where we were able to get everything we wanted – full asking price, free rent back and he was able to get the appraisal contingency waived. He did an incredible job, and with a high level of service throughout the entire process with exception communication at every step. I was quite anxious about the selling process since I hadn't done so for 36 years. Scott kindly answered all my questions, no matter how naive and reassured me at each step of the process. He demonstrated a high quality of ethics in the process, including his fairness to buyers and their agents. His presentation of the home in written description, staging and photography were amazing. He was prompt in his responses to me and kept me informed throughout. I came to have the utmost faith in him and heeded his recommendations although he squarely placed the decision making in my hands. He knows Anaheim Hills extremely well, is a community leader and receives my highest recommendation.

"Scott did an amazing job selling my Yorba Linda home. I own several homes and investment-properties, and I've had a lot of experience working with realtors.First, I was very impressed when Scott came over to work on my lawn! That was not something he had to do, however, (to me) it spoke volumes! 99% of real estate agents would see that as being below their pay grade. Not Scott. It showed that he truly wanted to prepare my home in a way that would make it show better, and maximize the sale price. And it did not stop there. He spent a significant amount of time preparing the entire home, and it definitely made an impact on the results.Scott is also a great marketeer and negotiator. The way he navigated, negotiated and strategized with me on our multiple offers was impressive. While selling my Yorba Linda home and working with Scott, I was also selling two other homes up north, working with two other agents. Those sales did not go well. We met Scott at an open house, and we are so glad we did. I've worked with a few realtors purchasing homes and investment properties and I can honestly say - Scott is among the best. Scott is very skilled, however, what I appreciated most about Scott was his impressive negotiating skills. He was able to help us get a great deal on our house. We met Scott at one of his open houses in Anaheim Hills. We had met several agents through visiting various open houses, however, Scott stood out. We weren’t interested in the house he was showing at the time, however, Scott really took the time to learn more about us and what we were looking for, instead of trying to rush us into a sale.A few months later, while visiting an open house in Lake Forest, we found our dream home! Remembering Scott, we called and asked him if he'd help us purchase it, and we are so glad that we did.Scott was amazing! The house had several offers from other buyers, but Scott coached us through and we were able to get our offer accepted! Once our offer was accepted, he went the extra mile to help us identify contingencies that resulted in us getting some money back to fix up the house. And he even helped us by personally fixing some of the smaller ticket repairs to the home when we first gained access. Scott was incredible to work with. He had this way of helping us feel comfortable and making the process go smoothly.We have already referred Scott to a couple of other couples we know who have purchased a home through him. It was reassuring to hear from them that they had the same great experience and confidence level in Scott. The next time we are ready to buy another property, we know we’ll hire Scott again.

We made the sale from out of town. Scott and Cindy Went over and above to the big and little things to get the house ready and sold. They arranged a painter (who was very reasonable and did good work). They also arranged for some landscaping. I absolutely recommend this folks. I will use for my next sale.

Scott and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have ever met. They took the time to really get to know me and what I was interested in looking for in a home. I never felt pressured and forced to make a move on a home with them. Scott took the time to explain every step of escrow in detail to me and made me feel at ease I was going through the process of not only looking for a home but looking and finding my dream home.He was always so patient and so understanding of my concerns and needs. Prompt and responsive, Scott genuinely has your best interest in mind. Our home had four bids with ours coming in the lowest but Scott ensured we didn't get into a bidding war and we were able to purchase the home still under asking!

Scott and Cindy Minshall were AMAZING!!!! I did everything they suggested to get my home ready to get full price and it worked. The house sold for full asking price in one week!Scott was such a workhorse during the process. He rolled up his sleeves and did much of the work to get the house ready himself.Cindy was masterful during open houses and was so kind when dealing with everyone.I could not more highly recommend them!
