I honestly can't imagine that there is somehow a better realtor than Scott. He gets into crawl spaces to check out the structure of the house and knows far more about construction and other "non-standard realtor" things than any other realtor I've ever seen or heard about. In fact, I've told friends that Scott did such-and-such (e.g. looking at cracks in the foundation or considering termite presence), and they said that they've never had a realtor do any of that and had to hire people for it. He is funny, personable, knowledgeable, and will actually tell you that he thinks you can do better than a particular house--so he doesn't push a sale for no good reason. Excellent all around. My father, who has purchased and sold many a house in his day, also said that he respected and trusted Scott right from the beginning, a good sign.

Scott helped me sell my home and find a home to renovate and use as an investment. He listened well to what I was looking for, had insights of the market is various areas of the mountains, was very attentive as the transaction process progressed and had knowledge about home construction and renovation to be able to identify what would make a sound investment and why. Professional, good skills and easy to work with. Scott was a joy to work with, he did sell my first flip I did in Candler, I’ll use him again to do all my flips.
