As a first time seller, I was looking for an agent that took time to explain the process and terminology and had my best interest at heart. We met with several brokers before deciding Sarah was the most thorough and professional. She guided us to make decisions that were in OUR best interest and kept us informed the entire time. She was reliable, fun, sympathetic, and honest during the entire process and a true joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sarah Smith marketed the house very professionally. She heldan open house for all interested agents in the area, that helpedfind us a buyer. Her personal interest and dedication to us andthis property helped to facilitate this sale.Sarah came to thehouse several times before the listing to help with staging theplace for pictures. She help move furniture, organize somethings and actually cleaned a few windows that we had missed.I've sold many properties in my life and have never had Brokerhelp as she did. She's simply the best.She explained the contract laws here in NC (I was not familiarwith some of them). She advised us on minor repairs that weneeded to do now or we would be doing them later. We took heradvise, and and it paid off for us in a big way. The house wasmove in ready. With her guidance, it all worked out quite well.She facilitated negotiations with unsuccessful buyers, until wefound the one we were looking for. We listed the house in midJanuary, (not the best time of year for showings) and had it soldin about three months.Sarah exudes confidence and knowledge in the real estatemarket. This is now the third time that we have used Sarah as our realtor. She helped us find our first home, sell a piece of land, and then sell our first home. All three times she has been fantastic and very professional! Sarah is on top of everything and nothing falls through the cracks. We have complete confidence that she is on our side and will take care of us! Whether you are looking/selling with a modest budget or looking/selling with a very large budget we really believe that she treats everyone the same and is looking for your best interest. Sarah sold our home for much more than we were expecting and within just a few showings! She definitely knows what she’s talking about. I was also very pregnant and had a toddler during this time and she went above and beyond to go around my schedule and deliver any paperwork needed to be signed to my house. As this was the first time we’ve sold a house she answered all of questions and kept us at ease knowing we understood all of the information. I could not imagine using another realtor. We tried other realtors before Sarah and trust us when we say she is truly the best!

Sarah Smith has a sharp eye for detail. She caught potential problems both at the property and on paper at closing. Sarah was extremely patient with us, even though we changed some of the parameters of our home search. She never pushed us towards a higher price range or recommended houses that didn't fit our size criterion. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a home in the Hendersonville area. She was respectful of our time, knowledgeable about the market, and ultimately led us through the purchasing process, keeping our long-term best interests in the forefront.
