Sandra was great to work with; efficient straight to the point and effective. She came highly recommended from family friends and I can see why. Sandy was recommended to us by our local agent in Western Mass. We had been searching for a lake house in the Cape area for 5 years and she or Dara would always meet us for open houses or showing appointments making the search process much easier especially being 2+ hours away. She has always kept us in mind as things would pop up and would touch base about our search. When our house came on market, she was right there for us. She walked us through the offer process with her calm, knowledgeable and confident approach. Everything that she did in the negotiation stage was well thought out and executed in a very timely and professional manner. There were a few blips along the due diligence phase, and she handled them for us while we unable to travel there. She went above and beyond for us during the closing phase. She truly cares about her clients and her actions speak volumes! We would highly recommend Sandy to anyone looking for an honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Sandy was a joy to work with. We had contact well before the properties went on the market. She did a lot of the leg work regarding zoning and the ability to build on some of the properties, I required some subcontractors for work and those recommended were excellent. Pre-Listing Sandy had multiple buyers lined up. The main property was sold instantly. If you are on the Cape and have property to sell....seek her out.

Sandy was great. Once I made the decision to list my house it was on the market inside of two weeks. Sandy helped me prep in advance of the listing to ensure it it would have immediate appeal and no issues with inspections. She and her team handled every step of the process. My home was sold within a day, for above asking price, and closed 6 weeks later. The entire process seamless and Sandy kept me informed throughout. In addition to being knowledgeable, thorough and honest, Sandy is also a pleasure to work with.

Sandra is that rarest of real estate professionals - smarter and more resourceful than the average CEO of a Fortune 500 company, but also personally caring and sensitive with the sometimes difficult situations that can arise when moving homes. She has helped my family land our dream home in Provincetown, and she's also been a great resource and agent for selling my parents' home and buying them a new condo. She knows the Cape and South Shore intimately, she buys real estate for herself and so has the keen eye of an owner-operator, and she can solve absolutely any problem you have with her extensive network of professional connections. And, she's funny! In short, I can't recommend Sandra enough, and I'll be sending all my friends and family to her.

Sandra Milano totally caught me off guard with a cold call on my beautiful Eastham Ocean side home for sale. Of course we set up a meeting time and at my house she was taking notes the whole time including all the rooms features. That right there plus previous background check with 5 stars reviews and the most sales in one year up against several other RE agents.So yes signed with my listing agent Sandra Milano and her whole team over at RE/MAX Executive Realty Hyannis Ma USA ???? all truly go above and beyond with RE marketing and easy final sale.They all have the tools and knowledge to have either selling or buying here in the USA ???? to view any home It was a sellers market and yes of course in turn created a bidding war on the first 2 days being listed with final sale 5% over listing price.Very good communication, easy to work with and guided me through with this so ever changing RE market.Highly recommend 5 stars reviews for Sandra Milano and the whole team over at RE/MAX Executive Realty. So glad I connected with them and already referred their contact information to my good friends looking to sell or buy.

Sandy is the best! Even though we weren't actively looking, and weren't sure of our price range, she was willing and available to go to multiple different properties with us before we found the right fit. Once we did find the condo we wanted, Sandy offered expert insight into the market, negotiating tactics, etc. and we are very happy with how the entire purchase played out because of her. She also connected us with a trusted lender who made our mortgage process a breeze!
