Rory is a great agent to work with and probably the only one my family and I will ever work with. He knows the in's and out's of the industry and processes, and is willing and able to walk you through the whole process step by step. He is also willing to listen to what your expectations are on a property and makes his best judgment accordingly when recommending to view a property. Rory seems most interested in helping people find their forever home instead of pressuring you into something just to make a sale, and that is the winning quality in my book. 10/10 would recommend anyone to call rory when in need of an agent.

As first time homebuyers, Rory was everything we needed in a realtor. He took time to walk us through all the steps in the homebuying process, and had good recommendations for and inspector and a mortgage lender. His technical house/building knowledge was also very handy, and he was able to point out potential risks effectively in the homes we looked at. We would highly recommend!
