We had a really great experience working with this team. From the beginning, they took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and were very patient throughout the entire home search process. They were always quick to schedule showings and made themselves available whenever we wanted to see a home or had questions.What helped the most was during the bidding process. They gave honest advice, helped us put together the right offer, and their relationships with other realtors really helped in getting useful information about the homes. We bought our home with Roopa Group. Roopa and Sree are great to work with they don't push you towards buying a home quickly or creating FOMO they work with you and respect your likes and dislikes, however when it comes to making an offer they work hard to close the deal. Roopa was awake at late hours of the night with us trying to get a deal closed and she got us the house. Based on our experience buying with her we also enlisted their help in selling our house. Here also the services were excellent, they have a great crew of painters handymen stagers that helped get our house get prepped and the results were so good that we had second thoughts about moving in the house ourselves. The house went pending in 3 days on the market. Based on our experience on both sides of the market I can highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers.
