Ron helped us buy our house in 2018, and when it was time to sell it 4 years later, we immediately hired him again. This time, we had already moved away and were attempting to sell from a distance of 1,000 miles, so that brought extra challenges. Ron used his professional contacts and physical presence to help arrange the painting, landscaping, and staging we needed. Making regular checks on the property to make sure everything was ok in our absence, he really came through for us.Ron's response times were almost hilariously fast - send him a message, and before you can make a cup of tea, he has replied. He clearly and deeply understands the market and process, and communicated clearly and kindly with us every step of the way. The listing and advertising was top notch, and we accepted a generous offer. Ron gave us peace of mind and a representative on the ground we could trust - worth the entire commission and so much more.

Ron found us our dream home! In a terrible buyers market, where we repeatedly didn't have funds to adequately compete, we ended up with the best house we could have hoped for. Ron worked diligently for us, was available to answer any questions we had, and was proactive in finding us a house. Ron Larson sold two properties for me in Cotati that I had been managing for my elderly aunt. One was a rental property where tenants had lived for over 30 years. The other involved legal, environmental constraints related to endangered plant and animal species. Ron handled all the issues carefully, diligently, and ethically and communicated clearly with all parties involved. I was impressed. In addition, it was a pleasure to work with Ron.

Every day I spend in our new home I am more and more thankful that we chose Ron as our realtor. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and gave us good tips as to the things we needed to do before putting our house on the market. Once we completed the improvements to our house as suggested, Ron was able to get the house on the market right away. Within few days, we received a full price offer on our home. The best part about Ron as our realtor is that he was responsive and made the whole process extremely easy. He helped guide us through everything with ease . We highly recommend Ron and his team.
