Rob Sullivan is truly an exceptional Realtor. In the selling of our home, he far exceeded any expectation we had. He’s extremely professional. He really made the entire process so easy on us. And for the same commission that every other realtor charges, he provided us with incredible quality of photos and a video of our home in which we will now forever have as a keepsake. Not only that, but he also published our listing so well and so wide that we received multiple offers in a very short amount of time. He is very responsive, calm, extremely knowledgeable and on top of every detail throughout the entire process. Without hesitation, he would be our first choice in buying or selling a home in the future!

This is my first time leaving a review on Zillow, and I'm doing so because of the highest level of care, professionalism, and expertise Rob exhibits.It can be daunting preparing a home for sale after living in it for 55 years--unless you work with Rob! He has a great team of people that transformed our home fast and beautifully to go on the market. Even our neighbors commented to us how hard working and friendly Rob and his team were.Rob was recommended to us and we feel so blessed to have had him be part of this life changing event. Rob exceeded our expectations!

This review is long overdue! As Rob has helped us with several different real estate transactions over the last 8+ years. We first found Rob when he helped my sister buy her first home. He went above and beyond for her to get a home she loved. We were wowed by how hard and quick he worked to get the deal done! We had used different realtors locally in the past, but none even came close to comparing to Rob. He goes above and beyond for all his clients. From advertising to the small details and thoughtfulness. Some of the things he has done for us include selling a home honoring our 1-year lease agreement in place. (Not an easy thing to do!) Off market buying and selling of homes. (Less stress, not as invasive!) Only due to his reputation and connections in the community is all of this possible. Most recently getting us our dream home for under asking with a contingency of selling our current home. We weren't actively looking, as we loved the off-market house he has previously found us. But we went to a open house and fell in love! Luckily, we knew we could call Rob at any time! I am convinced we would have not gotten it had it not been for his stellar reputation with other real estate agents and clients alike as they had another offer on the table. This month he wowed us again by the effort he put into helping us sell our home! We got multiple offers in just days! For the price we needed. With the current market I was nervous this would not be possible. But truly anything is possible with Rob on your side! I feel very grateful we found him all those years ago. My family wouldn't use anyone else, EVER. Choose Rob it is a choice you will not regret. He is not just our real estate agent now, he is also our friend.

Rob has a slogan for his business which I feel embodies our experience with him: "Vintage service. The way it used to be."As our listing agent, Rob was an all-in-one powerhouse wearing multiple hats masterfully:Designer: Rob had a detailed vision for how our house should look to maximize its value when selling. This included paint color, key fixtures and landscaping details. General contractor: There were multiple things we needed to sort out with the house before putting it on the market. Rob dilligently coordinated efforts between painters, flooring contractors, landscapers and other professionals on our behalf (we were living out-of-state). Frankly, I don't know how he did it all.Rock-star marketer: Website for the house? Check. Best photography in town? Check. Drone shots? Check. Paid advertising campaigns on social media? Check. Full page ad in the local paper? Check. A "slammed" open house? Check..... A lot of agents will do some or all of these things, but Rob does it best.I could go on and on but results speak louder than words. We received multiple offers over asking during a time when the market seems to be taking a breather.Finally, I'll add that I appreciated dealing with Rob as an individual. Despite his success, he's not one of those agents pulling up in a Maserati with teeth whiter than an Arctic storm all full of themselves. Rather, he's professional, puts his clients first, and is a solid, family-oriented guy.

Rob was our realtor! He was not the first realtor that reached out to us. One, because we tried very hard to receive information on so many houses. But, after some time talking to others in the town, Rob came highly recommended! It was important for us to work with someone we had "heard" was great. He did not disappoint. We went with our gut with Rob! He felt like the right choice every day we talked to him. His calming and supportive demeanour was perfect for my wife and I to purchase our first home. We saw several houses with him. Each appointment was made within an hour and his ability to give you a fair and reasonable expectation for an offer was exactly what we needed to hear for each house. He allowed us to explore while also keeping us understanding of each houses situations. Once we found the house we liked the most, he made it happen. We closed on the house in hours! It was a truly unbelievable and extremely fortunate situation that just seemed meant to be!

Best experience you could ask for. It really doesnt get better then Rob. We purchased our condo with a realtor who was awful. When we decided to sell the condo we chose rob who is truly the best! We sold our home and he helped us find new home in our budget in a month! He went above and beyond with every aspect. Answered questions, always available, always full of great advice, made us way more money then we anticipated on our home, and met our crazy deadline goal we had:) he is so personable, truly the real deal! I recommened him to everyone we know as this experience was awesome thanks to him. He keeps it real and is a true expert as home selling and buying! Even our toddler loves Rob! Such a great guy! He will be our forever go to realtor and should be yours too!
