Mona Marinova is absolutely amazing! I had so many major boxes that needed to be checked for a new home, and she quickly found my family a home that met all our requirements: 3 bedrooms, pet friendly for all our fur babies, great schools, and a safe area. Not only did she find us our dream home, but as a first-time home buyer, she streamlined the process and made it stress-free. She clearly explained the home buying process, and guided me through, every step of the way, always answering my never-ending questions. Mona is very efficient and was quick to get things done. Most importantly, she is kind, understanding of my needs, a great communicator and incredibly easy to get hold of. Her patience is remarkable, and I will definitely choose to work with her again. We worked with Tracey. She has so much knowledge and is so helpful. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy. We have been looking for a long time and each time something was unclear to us, she was right there to explain it.
