Our home was previously listed with an agent, who unfortunately could not get it sold. Bri Brenkus called us to sell our house. We were doubtful considering we had a bad prior experience. However, after she shared her team and system with us, my husband and I decided to hire the Brenkus Team. Trent Brenkus, the Marketing Coordinator, did a video walkthrough with a drone and created an awesome video walkthrough. We received multiple offers, and accepted an offer for only 1 week on the market. Letty, the Listing Manager, negotiated our house to be sold $30,000 over list price, had the buyers waive the appraisal, and a FREE 30 day rent back for us. Lesa, the Escrow Manager, was phenomenal throughout the closing process. Liz helped schedule all the showings. Ava coordinated the professional photos and followed up with all the agents encouraging them to bring us offers. The entire transaction was not only smooth and fast, but very professional. The Brenkus team was VERY responsive "out of the gate"........ from introduction all the way to closing! They are very consistent in terms of positioning your property to have the best options of getting a deal that is acceptable to both the seller and the buyer. Two buyers backed out (for personal reasons) but the third time was a charm thanks to the Brenkus team!
