Jack has helped me and my family with our real estate needs several times over the years and every time he solidifies the reasons why he is the first call I make. Not only does everything seem fair, he takes the time to explain things in detail whenever I need. He responds quickly and never makes me feel like he is too busy for me.This specific time using Jack and his associates was by far the best. It was quick and easy. Almost too quick and easy as I was buckled up for a long ride! This was my first time selling and he made the whole process smooth, not once did I feel rushed, overwhelmed, or any sort of pressure. Everything was laid out in front of me so there was no second guessing or what ifs. It's important to have someone you trust in your corner to help guide you, whether you're selling or buying. Now that I've done both, I will keep turning to Jack whenever I'm making these important decisions. Almost forgot to mention that he is a Vegas native, as a native myself its a must mention because IYKYK! The old, the new, he's familiar with it all. Every side of town, he can help you find exactly what you need and if you're selling, he'll treat your property as if he was selling his own. I appreciate that about him!

If I could give Jack Geeberg 10 stars, I would. From start to finish, he made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel seamless and effortless for our family. Jack (and Rachyl!) were amazing and super easy to work with. Jack came to our intro meeting with stats about comps in the area, and gave me realistic numbers of what I could expect. He walked me through what to expect, and was able to handle the whole sale process when I had to be out of town for three weeks. Jack, Rachyl, and his whole team are the best. i explained what i wanted in a home, and he understood exactly what i was looking for. We must have looked at about a dozen homes, they never rushed me, and and was always pleasant and friendly. When i wasn't sure about a home, Jack would recommend the pluses and minuses, never pushed me one way or another. Eventually we found my perfect home.Every step of the process Jack kept me informed and explained the process. Everything was kept simple and easy. If i had any questions, Jack would call me back right away and would explain the process. I would highly recommend Jack and his team to everyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Jack and his team. From the beginning Jack was very knowledgable about the housing market and how to price the house correctly. They did everything under the sun to sell my house and I greatly appreciate it. They shot photos multiple times, did open houses, and even had the house cleaned. The team put in their best efforts to sell the house. Communication was also smooth sailing and if I had any questions it was answered right away.
