If I could give Jack Geeberg 10 stars, I would. From start to finish, he made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel seamless and effortless for our family. He handled every detail, negotiated skillfully on our behalf, and truly took care of everything every step of the way.What stood out the most was not only his professionalism and expertise, but how easy and smooth he made the entire experience feel. We’ve worked with other agents before, and the difference with Jack was night and day. The amount of interest and traffic he generated for our home was unbelievable, so much so that two of our neighbors actually asked us for his information after seeing how many people were coming through our house.Beyond being an incredible agent, I can truly say Jack became a friend throughout this process and someone we genuinely plan on keeping in touch with long after closing. Jack (and Rachyl!) were amazing and super easy to work with. Jack came to our intro meeting with stats about comps in the area, and gave me realistic numbers of what I could expect. He walked me through what to expect, and was able to handle the whole sale process when I had to be out of town for three weeks. Jack, Rachyl, and his whole team are the best. i explained what i wanted in a home, and he understood exactly what i was looking for. We must have looked at about a dozen homes, they never rushed me, and and was always pleasant and friendly. When i wasn't sure about a home, Jack would recommend the pluses and minuses, never pushed me one way or another. Eventually we found my perfect home.Every step of the process Jack kept me informed and explained the process. Everything was kept simple and easy. If i had any questions, Jack would call me back right away and would explain the process. I would highly recommend Jack and his team to everyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Jack and his team. From the beginning Jack was very knowledgable about the housing market and how to price the house correctly. They did everything under the sun to sell my house and I greatly appreciate it. They shot photos multiple times, did open houses, and even had the house cleaned. The team put in their best efforts to sell the house. Communication was also smooth sailing and if I had any questions it was answered right away.
