I met Javier in 1995 when he sold my townhouse in the Lakes. I called him because of his clocktie thing that I didn’t I didn’t understand. Well, 30 years later, I still don’t understand it, but we did buy and sell at least 30 homes together. He’s a great agent and is still helping me in my real estate goals.

Javier is the best. super easy to work with and zero pressure the whole time. What stood out most was how straight-up honest he was. Like, when i was looking at places and something didn't feel right, he didn't sugarcoat it or push me to make it work just to close fast. straight told me 'Nah, this isn't the one for you' and helped me find something way better without any BS. Felt like having a trustworthy friend in your corner instead of a sales pitch. If you're in Vegas and want someone real, with actual integrity who keeps it low-key and puts you first, hit up Javier.

Javier was an absolute dream to work with. He responded to every question, every request without hesitation. I felt like it was a true partnership and he was there to support me every step of the way. He and his team made me feel like I was their only client while they were working with me. Over the years, I have bought and sold homes for my family in Washington, California and Virginia and I have NEVER had an agent that would re-arrange their schedule to accommodate a last minute request on a Saturday afternoon and schedule a showing 2 hours after I requested wanting to see a place that was not originally on our list. If I ever move out of Las Vegas, I want to take Javier and his team with us I could not recommend Javier with any more enthusiasm and Happiness than right now. Just AMAZING!

The home was a custom home with many features that Javier was able to explain to the potential buyer(s).
