Kellie Revoir was amazing. First, she helped us set realistic update/repair expectations. She knew what would make a difference and what we could not touch. Second, the advertisements to keep our house visible to buyers definitely kept interest up and frequent showings. Third, she helped us set a fair price and encouraged us not to take low ball offers. Her negotiation skills were excellent too.

My experience working with the Lind Revoir team was outstanding. I was a first time home buyer and from my first interaction to the closing day I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Veronica was amazing to work with and always made sure that I had the information I needed and answered all my questions thoroughly. Kellie is an amazing realtor. She listens to what you want and goes out of her way to help you achieve it. She quickly responds to your text messages. She has contacts that can help fix things (I needed roof work and inside ceiling work).Over the past 35 years I've purchased and sold 5 homes. 3 of them in Christian county. Kellie is hands down the best agent I've dealt with. She's not the phony cheerleader type who just wants the commission. Kellie wants you to be happy. I highly recommend Kellie. Kellie was so attentive to our needs, she literally helped us every step of the way and helped us sell our house in record time. She looked at countless houses with us and helped us find the perfect home. She was there for us and really made the entire process smooth.
