From our first appointment when we met to discuss listing our home with Murney Associates, Patrick Murney and the entire crew were top-notch and professional. Even the photographer who photographed our home for the listing was very knowledgeable and a pro. Our home sold almost immediately due to the Murney organization's large network of associates. Vickie in Patrick's office could not have been more helpful and was extremely responsive. We had a snafu after the closing (nothing to do with Murney Associates) but they resolved the issue immediately. Would highly recommend Murney Associates!
This is the second home Patrick and his team have sold for us. I can tell you without hesitation that I will never use any other realtor to sell property. Patrick is the best in the business and his team takes care of all of the details. He sends a professional photographer out to shoot the photos of your home. Others take pictures with their iPhone for listing photos. Not Patrick, a professional take care of the listing photos. No detail is left out. As good as Patrick is, his team really makes the difference. Vickie handles all the details with showings, appraisal and inspections. Kim is there and seems to do a little bit of everything from showings to confirming measurements of your home. Jenna serves as a buyers agent for Patrick. So if Patrick lists and sells your house Jenna will help you find another home or in our case a lot in an area we have always wanted to live. I know Kim does some of this as well. Jenna contacted me at 6:30am one morning to let me know a lot just hit the multi list where we were looking. We had an offer in before 9:00am that morning. Just can't say enough about Patrick and his team. Save yourself some time and headaches and hire Patrick to sell your home! You won't be disappointed in the service and professionalism you will receive.
