We are beyond thankful for Nykole! Buying a home is such a big step, and she walked with us through every part of the journey. Nykole treated us like family—answering every question (no matter how small), calming our nerves, and celebrating each milestone with us. It never felt like just a transaction; it felt like we had someone truly cheering us on and looking out for us. Because of her, we are officially homeowners, and our hearts are so full. I originally listed my dad's house with fear because of Covid-19 and these uncertain times. Nykole sold his house in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely hire Nykole when I put my own home up for sale next year.

Nykole is amazing! She knew the area and listened to what I wanted in a home. She found the perfect home for me and made sure she did everything she could to help me land this home...and she succeeded! I love my home and it was all because of her. Look no further if you are looking to buy or sell. Nykole is an absolute gem! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, I have yet to see anyone more driven than her. Within 2 days of listing with her she had taken photos, scheduled an open house, and already had multiple offers. If it hadn’t been for COVID-19 I have no doubt in my mind we would have sold in a matter of days. While the current pandemic provided some challenges, Nykole stayed the course. She reassured us that the market would stay stable and even went out of her way to gift all of her clients with special corona care packages! Within days of real estate opening back up our house was sold and closing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A million thank yous we will recommend you to anyone we know! ??????

Nykole was amazing. From start to finish Nykole was there to answer questions and provide advice. She assisted in both buying and selling the house. Nykole Pfaff sold our house for us. At the closing the buyers wanted a new washer and dryer. So they withheld $1000 of my profit. Nykole promised me and the other realtor that she would personally make this happen. Unfortunately this never happened and I was out $1000. Nykole refused to make it up and pay me $1000. I contacted her boss and she refused as well. Even though I had proof. Nykole and who she works for are not to be trusted they do not have your best interest in mind. I encourage you to find a different relator.

Nykole was an amazing realtor! She made our process so smooth, and found us our dream place! I couldn’t have imagined having someone else. She is so knowledgeable and professional, and she keeps in contact with her clients- always going above and beyond. She even dropped off care packages during the quarantine to her clients! What an amazing realtor, definitely recommend!!

I have never reviewed anything or anyone before (shame on me) l, but Nykole is so ELITE in her profession that I would be doing a disservice to her , and any current or future clients if I didn't recommend her services to the masses. Nykole always had time for me, and made me feel just as important as any of her many clients. She is very knowledgeable of the market. She is great at promptly assessing the value of any home we looked at, and is a feisty negotiator. She looks to get the best possible deal for her client. She is as much of an expert at newer homes, as she is at newly remodeled homes, or homes that need some updates.As someone that is very indecisive, and can quite frankly a pain in the behind to deal with, she had the patience of a Saint, and was very generous with her time, encouragement , or any recourses available to her.I have been through this 3 times before, but this is my first time working with Nykole. She has a client for life.
