Within 3 hours of expressing interest in a property, an agent contacted me and was able to meet me to view the house. Offers were being accepted within 5 days; when I decided I wanted to bid, both the agent and the broker were able to guide me in making a realistic offer that was ultimately accepted. The process from beginning to end was amazing.

I have been doing business with the Salfias for over 25 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Whether it be buying or selling a home (over 5 times) or renting office space (current) Nunzio and his family have always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy, while making the process as stress free as possible. They know real estate inside and out but are down to earth and approachable. I recommend them to all my friends and family whenever the need for a realtor arises.

Sal made the entire experience fun! He surprised me right away by being honest with me and making me laugh. That's when I knew I could relax and trust him to find my home. Within 2 weeks Sal and Nunzio teamed up and found a great house, in a great neighborhood at a great price! Sal and his amazing assistant, Donna, helped me with everything, set me up with a free moving truck and delivered a beautiful planter after I'd settled in. The entire Salafia family and team were amazing and I tell everyone I know that there's nobody better in the business than the Salafia Sold Team!

We saw a house that interested us and, because our daughter had previously worked with this Realtor, we contacted him. He got us an appointment to see the house within 2 days. Mr. Salafia was knowledgeable as to area home prices. He was able to help us see past the cosmetic aspects of this house and to realize its true value. When we decided to submit an offer, he advised us how to proceed in a short-sale, as we had no previous experience in how this worked. He kept us "in the loop" during the short-sale process every step of the way. We have already recommended him to other friends and feel that this Realtor takes a personal interest in each family that he works with. Also, their interest after the sale is important in that you don't feel abandoned just because the deal is finished. They continue to see if they can be of any help in any way. All in all, we would strongly urge prospective buyers or sellers to go through this Realtor for any real estate needs.

I highly recommend Nunzio to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. I have used Nunzio to buy and sell four homes over the last 25 years and he has always exceeded my expectations. He knows exactly what the price point of a home should be and works diligently to help market or find a home for you whether you are a buyer or a seller. Nunzio most recently helped me to sell my home in just one day. We met on a Friday and he he told me the price he felt he could get which was the price I wanted. We first met Mr. Salafia through Agent Wendy Cunningham when several home ownership attempts had fallen through with our previous Agent. Wendy understood our needs and time constraints, as we were previously renting a townhome in Farmington, NY and our family had outgrown it's use. Wendy spoke to Mr. Salafia about our situation and needs and showed us the property at Briar Lane. After seeing for ourselves that this home would certainly fit our needs, we personally met with Mr. Salafia and negotiated a very fair arrangement. With the help of Mr. Salafia and Wendy Cunningham, we were able to move into the house before my wife had to deliver our newborn, and were assisted in obtaining a mortgage, home owner's insurance and home inspection through their expertise and professional contacts. Our entire experience with the Salafia Team was nothing but professional and courteous!! Phone calls and emails were returned in a timely fashion and answers to questions were always found. I would highly recommend both Mr. Salafia and Wendy Cunningham to my friends and family for their home buying or selling needs.
