My experience with Revolution Real Estate was totally excellent! I listed my mother's house for sale with Grant D. Pettrone, who was really easy to work with, communicated everything so well, and during the whole process, he handled everything. Grant advised me on what needed some tending to, and while I was doing some tidying up, this guy gets his team over to come over and along with Grant, make minor repairs, did a seasonal cleanup of leaves and branches, mulched, repaired a sagging brick raised flower bed, fixed a wood fence gate, etc. They helped me more than I could ever imagine, and it brought me to tears how much they cared and helped. They even did a super-thorough top-to-bottom solid cleaning, from floors to walls to oven & kitchen... everything!! They made it spotless and sparkly, all read to start getting showings on time.Grant's strategy to get the most money for us from the sale of the house, we ended up with like 40 showings, 12 bids, and we ended up accepting an offer netting 45% more than our list price! We're super happy and will recommend Revolution Real Estate to everyone who need to buy or sell their home or property! Grant is an outstanding realtor. He’s represented me twice in the sale of properties. His knowledge of the business and dedication to his clients is superior. He negotiated a top dollar deal for the sale of both properties, far exceeding my expectations. One property was an estate sale and the home needed a lot of cleaning and freshening up to be marketable. Grant was there every step of the way to coordinate the work and roll up his sleeves to do it himself when necessary. I live out of state could not be there in person. Grant also sold my home when I was moving out of state. It was a very stressful move as I was caring for my elderly parent, working full time and recovering from Covid while trying to pack up a home I’d lived in for 19 years to move out of state. Grant personally finished the clean up I could not do. I feel he really went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done. Derek is amazing, if you are looking for a realtor look no further! He exceed all expectation. We had a few issues come up during our sale and he handled them all superbly. The communication was excellent, he is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does.
