Abbey and The Friend Team did a great job. I don't know how my sister & I could have gotten through cleaning out, then selling our parents' home, while living out-of-state, without her help. She had resources and good advice to help us with every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about all the help she and her team gave us.

Allison did a great job every time that I’ve worked with her! She’s incredibly thoughtful and hard-working. Between her responsiveness and dedication to her clients I can’t imagine using anyone else when we go to buy our next home! I used the friend team to sell my mothers home , They were great to work with .Abbey is very professional and very helpful. The communications with Abbey and Heidi was almost daily. I know it is a sellers market but we got eight offers and sold for fifteen thousand more than asking price.Thank you friend team.

My wife and I had an AWESOME experience with the Friend Team and can't recommend them enough! Leslie and Tammy really understood the style home we were looking for and helped us understand how high was too high of an offer and how to put in a winning offer when we found the house we wanted.I also can't say enough good things about Abbey, our listing agent. She made sure we got great value for our current home and made great recommendations to help it show well for the 24 people that came to see it in just 5 days! That's right, 5 days from listed to sold!

I would recommend The Friend Team in a heartbeat! As first time homebuyers, they were able to help make the whole process easy and painless. Tammy and Leslie were so great when helping us search for the perfect house! They were able to help us tour houses as soon as possible, and were so fun to work with! Heidi was amazing during the closing process of our house! She answered all of our questions so quickly and was always so eager to help. This team is so knowledgeable and made the process of buying our first house so easy!

Absolutely the best team to work with. I have done several transactions with the Friend Team over the years and could not be happier with the outcomes on each. Both Leslie and Tammy had a ton of patience to show me so many houses, not to mention the great knowledge of the neighborhoods and pricing. Their negotiating skills are on another level, came up with several creative strategies that saved me thousands. When the time came to list for sale Abbey was a total rock star. Her recommendations on how to prepare the house and price it got us the top dollar with only a couple of days on the market. However, the best person on the team is Heidi. She coordinated every step of the way in each transaction. With nearly daily updates, instructions and explanations. This sort of hand holding was exactly what we needed, took all of the stress and worry out of the process. The TEAM model is definitely the way to go. Each member is an expert at what they do. I cannot imagine choosing a single agent to work with at this point.
