What a challenge and journey to get to our new home. Dani Gray accepted the challenge to find a small home with a 3 car garage! She was patient, took us to several locations regardless of destination, provided guidance regarding the area, and found the home during our 3-day visit to the area! She was our advocate throughout the process and extremely responsive to all questions and inquiries. The transaction manager, April Lukens, managed all the paperwork and signatures for the offer, amendments, inspections, work estimates, and coordinating with the title company.Our work estimates came in higher than expected and we thought we would lose the house. Dani and April provided the facts and figures to the listing agent and got us over the final hurdle to closing.Excellent team with fantastic communication and customer service skills!

Team member David Keeter assisted us from listing to closing. He communicated with us a good amount, listened as needed, and gave his opinion also as needed. His suggestions helped our home look wonderful for the professional photographer. His negotiation skills were excellent throughout and helped us get a fair price. Norm did an awesome job assisting my husband and I in buying our first home! He was transparent about potential signs of water damage in a home we were interested in buying and referred us to multiple professionals who were able to inspect some of our concerns. He never made us feel pressured or rushed in the process. Norm was quick to respond and met us on short notice to see homes.

I can't say enough good things about Norm and his team. Before we were even sure that we were moving to Roanoke, Norm showed us around town to help us decide what neighborhood we could see as our future home. He gave us a fun & energetic welcome, and made us even more excited about potentially moving to Roanoke. He was super-helpful and accommodating when we started house-hunting virtually, even while on a family vacation. When the dream-home we found in downtown Roanoke wasn't currently on the market, Norm reached out to the seller's agent to get us in to see the construction-in-process, despite the seller’s reluctance. Due to being new construction in a historical area, the purchase itself was complicated, but Julie Ann and Norm were tremendously knowledgeable, assertive, and caring advocates for us. They streamlined the process as much as possible. Norm’s entire team is awesome, but to say that Julie Ann went above and beyond is a drastic understatement, not only through an extended and complex closing process, but even offering to assist afterwards. Although they simultaneously were working with many clients, both Norm and Julie Ann always made us feel as though getting us happily into our new home was their utmost priority, AND they have the knowledge, motivation, and connections to make that happen.

Real Estate is a grind, but it doesn't have to be hard time. The way they get through this is to work with positive, uplifting people, and that is exactly what you get with Norm. He showed me a house a few weeks ago and I've never had so much fun at a showing.... no pressure, no gas lighting, no excuses, just valuable information presented in a professional and friendly manner. He even invited me to eat at his house with him afterwards and I could tell he really meant it so I took him up on the offer. There are lots of houses for sale and lots of people to help you buy them, but if you are looking for a way to make real estate a good time, Norm's your guy.
