Our experience was wonderful. The Team was very proactive to help us with the process. Tanner was constantly in communication with us, and helped us get in contact with all the other parties involved. The paperwork process was simple and easy. The team kept up with the commitments they made to us. We will certainly use them again in the future if we need to buy or sell a house.

It was our first experience selling a house, and it was amazing working with Nic and his team.He was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the sales process. He made recommendations and had a plan to get the best price for our house (our house sold in one on the market with multiple offers to choose from!). He maintained fluid communication, answering all the questions we had. He is very patience, pressure- free, and a knowledgeable.He gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning of the process, because he was always prepared with a deep analysis, available to talk, and understanding of the current market trend and our personal situation. I don’t generally write many reviews, and in Knoxville, you can’t walk ten feet without tripping over a realtor. So, when you stumble upon something a cut above the rest, you feel compelled to share it with the world!Nic and his team are truly exceptional at what they do. I’d come to Nic with a project that had just about hit every stumbling block possible, and not only did he get it sold, but for far more than I’d expected. Nic not only is a remarkably effective marketer (we had people coming to see the home before it was even listed on the MLS), but unlike the others, he combines his keen business acumen with a humanizing je ne sais quoi which transforms the impossible into the possible. More than that, though his reputation precedes him, he is warm, humble, and friendly - an overall good human being. He has an acute instinct for talent and surrounds himself with intelligent and eager agents/employees, making his entire operation run without a hitch.
