Working with Billy Houston Group, specifically Leslie McLeroy, was a wonderful experience. Leslie was extremely knowledgeable with regard to the region we we looking in (West Knoxville), which we were particularly thankful for as we were moving to the area for the first time. She met with us to tour numerous properties and always had time to answer the laundry list of questions we threw at her. We've since closed on our home and Leslie still manages to knock it out of the park when we reach out to ask questions about possible referrals/recommendations for services that we're looking to enlist for our property to make it exactly how we want it. Buying a home can be a daunting process and Leslie dissolved much of the stress that can come along with the experience. Our family would recommend Leslie and the Billy Houston Group to anyone that asked when looking for a home in East Tennessee.

Leslie was absolutely amazing. From the first click on Zillow to arrange a virtual tour of my, now home, (all while I was still located out of country), through closing, she had my back and made the whole process easy from my end. She asked the tough questions, facilitated everything, and was so warm and helpful. She provided great advice, even when it looked like the deal wasn't going to go through, she had options prepared and helped to get me into my dream home. I can't recommend her enough.
