Courtney sold us a condo in Fairfield Glade in January of 2026,She was exceptional, her knowledge of hvac systems and crawl spaces was great,she pointed out issues on some of the properties we looked at.we are from Minnesota and we eventually settled on a condo instead of a house at this time until we can retire to the great state in a few years.Because we were un able to make a third trip down to look at places she videod it for us and gave us her opinion and thoughts and we made the purchase. She was so helpful and professional through the whole process and we will definitely be using her again and recommend her to anyone looking in her area.Bob &Paula

She came highly recommended by a local realtor and we are so grateful how God let us to Courtney. Her energy was encouraging and contagious. In a somewhat struggling economy she gave us realistic hope and encouragement. From the first phone call to the last, she walked us through each step, contacted us with new information and follow up on showings as soon as possible if not immediately. This is the 2nd time I've trusted Courtney McGee to help me buy/sell a home in Sevier County, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a Realtor in Sevier County or East Tennessee, I can't recommend her enough. Real estate transactions can be intimidating, but Courtney makes them seamless. Courtney is knowledgeable, dedicated, determined, and an outstanding communicator. She also fought for my best interests during negotiations. This was our second time buying and selling a home with Courtney, and somehow she exceeded our expectations yet again. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough.Courtney consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, but this time she literally resurrected our deal from the dead. We had an issue come up where it looked like we might not make it to closing, but Courtney single-handedly kept everything together. Her persistence, expertise, and incredible negotiating skills made all the difference. (You WANT this woman in your corner.)Beyond her professional skills, Courtney is simply wonderful to work with. She is always positive, encouraging, and available whenever we need her. I cannot recommend Courtney McGhee highly enough! She was instrumental in helping us find the Maryville home of our dreams. She listened to what attributes were most important to us (home size, amenities, budget, etc.) and identified homes that met those desires. We met with several realtors and decided to go with Courtney after meeting with her. We let her know what we wanted to list the house for and she listed it for that amount without argument. Other realtors we met with seemed unwilling to do that because they felt it was not going to sell at the price we wanted to list it at in a timely manner. She worked though the due diligence process efficiently and got the property sold quickly at the price we were asking for. I would highly recommend Courtney and would use her services again if we needed to sell or buy another property in the future. Everything went very smooth…
