I cannot recommend Courtney McGhee highly enough! She was instrumental in helping us find the Maryville home of our dreams. She listened to what attributes were most important to us (home size, amenities, budget, etc.) and identified homes that met those desires. Courtney is professional, knowledgeable and adept at making the home-buying process pleasant and low-stress. She kept us informed every step of the way and was a delight to work with.

We met with several realtors and decided to go with Courtney after meeting with her. We let her know what we wanted to list the house for and she listed it for that amount without argument. Other realtors we met with seemed unwilling to do that because they felt it was not going to sell at the price we wanted to list it at in a timely manner. She worked though the due diligence process efficiently and got the property sold quickly at the price we were asking for. I would highly recommend Courtney and would use her services again if we needed to sell or buy another property in the future. Everything went very smooth…
