We closed on a home a week ago with Michelle McCullough as our realtor. She is with Homes By Lainie realty. Our home buying experience with Michelle was great! She was very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to work with our schedule for home viewings, and guickly responded to questions, concerns, or tasks needed to be completed for closing. She was very forthcoming with information on homes unlike other realtors just telling you what you want to hear to "make a sale". Michelle was amazing. We moved from Texas to Oklahoma, and although it wasn't that far we didn't know a lot about the area or real estate differences from Texas. She was very helpful with my many questions, and I genuinely felt that she was excited for our journey. I'm still bugging her from time to time, and am very thankful that throughout our house search/purchase I have never felt like we were a bother, or that Michelle didn't have time for us. I must say she handles me with Grace. I still, even after finding a house, ask her questions. She put in double time trying to help me find a place, always manages to find the answer to whatever questions I have, and made sure I had no difficulty with the VA. She took me to at least 20 (and that was after vetting several out beforehand), helped me through a crying Jag after I swore this one house was the one (it was horrible) then she helped me find my home now! She knew exactly what the VA would say on each house, and even pointed things out I wouldn't catch (my fiance did as he is a contractor but she pointed them out in the preliminary searches). If you want a realtor who is going to go the extra mile? She's your gal. I definitely got an angel in disguise with this one!
