Michelle was one of the most professional and responsive realtors I have ever worked with. She always took my calls no matter the day of the week. She understood our needs and was truthful and honest about the properties. She even steered us away from one property that had several issues. Michelle made the buying process of the house almost easier than buying a car. She worked with my hectic schedule and was quick to pick up and pinpoint key issues or features I may have otherwise missed on various properties. We had bought a new construction home from Bear Homes. When needing to sell we were referred to Michelle with Bear Reality. Knowing our great experience with our home purchase we went with Michelle. She was very knowledgeable of the market, of the potential home buyers and started working on our sale day 1. Within three weeks we had a contract. Michelle helped us negotiate a great sale for us.
