Melody is a very knowledgeable and approachable agent who has an approach to meet your needs whether you are looking casually or aggressively. She will do what you need, in order to get your home sold/bought while also providing realistic feedback to help you through the process. We highly recommend her after working with her for over a year. Once ready we sold our home in days, put multiple offers in after seeing multiple homes many times, often on very short (same day) notice. She helped us through financing and always put our needs and requests first. She is a wonderful person inside and out. I can't imagine working with anyone else!

Melody is always courteous and helpful. She goes out of way to accommodate you. She returns e-mails and text messages as soon as they are sent to her. When she shows you a property she has your needs in mind. If she feels there is something wrong with the property she will point it out to you. Then tells you we will find the right property for you. I never felt pressure to buy when working with her. I will recommend Melody to anyone interested in buying or selling a home

Attention to detail is the key! Melody didn't try to sell us just any house, her goal was to find a house that was perfect for us! She was completely honest and will told us everything we needed to know about each property before we made our big decision. I felt well informed to make a decision!Melody makes herself available for her client. Service is her number one goal! She listened to every one of our concerns and put them all on the front burner! She was available for us every time we reached out to her with a question. (and we had a lot!) Melody went above and beyond the call of duty for us and all of her clients.She made our home buying experience fun, exciting and easy!She also sold our home very quickly!

Melody was an absolute blessing! I am a medically retired combat vet. She was very knowledgeable of VA home loans, the entire process of purchasing my home, she seemed to know more about the lending process than my actual loan officer, she walked me through the entire maze of obstacles keeping me calm and uplifted the entire time. She made me feel as if I was her only client. I never felt like a number with her. She promptly returned my calls, and text messages, answered every single dumb question I had. There were multiple times when she blocked an entire day for just me! To help me find the right home! I’m so grateful to her. Nothing I ever asked of her was too much. Her sense of service is unmatched. I really can’t say enough about her, her professionalism and her dedication to me. I can honestly say that I’m not sure if I’d be a home owner today if it were not for her guidance and commitment to me. Keller Williams, whatever it is that you pay this agent is not enough. Having become a "new Widow, and lacking house selling skills of my own , add to this list , having to trust someone I've never had the pleasure to meet before ..... This Woman came into my life and saved my sanity ! No matter what was thrown at her ( annoying neighbor included ) , Mel , single handed , mind you, took on the challenge , and sold my house !!! I owe her a debt I will never be able to repay . Thank you for this opportunity to at least tell someone else of her unique abilities !!!

Melody did a great job helping to find the right home for us. She was friendly, professional and thorough throughout the entire process and was willing to travel unusually long distances as we weren't tied to a single local area in our home search. Ultimately, she spotted a new listing in an area we were particularly interested in, and it became the home we purchased. Melody and her team will do a great job for any home buyer.

Melody is a knowledgeable Real Estate Professional. Great communicate and an overall great person. I would highly recommend Melody for any Real Estate need. In this transaction Melody acted as our selling agent. Our home sold in 1 month. She also sold us the house we moved into. This is the fourth time we have used Melody and every time has been wonderful. I will use her if we every need an agent again.

When I first contacted Melody, I knew she was a very special person. One who not only loves her career, but she Lives her career. When I finally decided which home I was going to buy, she drove 2 hours to be at the closing with me. She had inspected every inch of the home 3 times before I had even arrived, and she was then able to point out every little issue to the home inspector. Melody is warm, kind, respectful and she treats you like you are her only client. I could not have asked for a more wonderful and caring person to help me buy my new home.
