He was honest with his judgement of the properties and pointed out things I totally would have missed. That evening, he texted me right as I was texting him about a property that came on the market and he got a showing set up for first thing the next day. When I drove up, I knew this was our home! He advised us on an offer and his advice paid off...we got it! And there were several other offers, so we were thrilled. From there, the whole process with his team was effortless. They were all prompt, clear and friendly. We felt at ease through it all and closed on our new home feeling confident with eveything. He has even given us several local recommendations for businesses (when asked) to assist us with getting settled. He is always so helpful and accessible! That is a sign of a great real estate agent.
