Buying a home for the first time is supposed to be terrifying, confusing, and full of paperwork you don't understand—but somehow, Matthew Olmstead made it feel like I had a PhD in real estate. From the first showing to the final signature, he walked us through every step with kindness, patience, and a sense of humor that kept us sane. He explained everything in a way that made sense, never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions (even when we totally were), and made sure we always knew what was coming next. I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for the entire time.But the real kicker? When our home was in danger of not passing appraisal, Matthew showed up and FIXED the water heater himself—just to make sure we didn’t lose the house. Who does that?! He went so far above and beyond for us, I’m convinced he might actually be a superhero in disguise. Thanks to Matthew, we’re now in a home we love and we couldn’t be more grateful.
