Marlene was a great help in our house hunt in a difficult (for buyers) market. After seeing several houses that went under contract very quickly we focused on the new-build market and stumbled across a lot with the view we wanted and Marci worked quickly to manage a very quick close. Marlene's help on the builders' reputations and quality of work steered us towards good developments and eventually to a custom builder for our lot. Their help continued after the close with more information about the area, since we are moving in from out of state.

Marlene was great. We lived 300 miles away from St. George and watched for potential homes online. We were running down to look but most of the time they were under contract by the time we got to St. George. Marlene toured the homes we chose and did face time so we did not have to personally be there. Worked out very well. She also did her own search and recommended homes to look at based on our needs. Her assistant Marci is also great to work with.
