I had my worst experience ever with a realtor. Marian Ogden (who works for Bryan Burnett) was representing the seller and showed us the home. She tried to trick us into signing with her when we told her we were representing ourselves by offering to write our offer that we were planning to send in ourselves to just to "make it easier", and inferring that we would still be representing ourselves, which was highly unethical. When we got the offer and realized this and told her we didn't want to sign with her, she hinted that she would discourage the seller from accepting our offer (which is actually illegal) unless we signed with her. The experience was so disgusting that we ended up being glad in the end when we didn't get the home.

I was dealing with my mother's estate from a few states away. Bryan and his team kept constant communication, explaining every step of the way, and even arranged for a mobile notary to come to me to sign paperwork. I would highly recommend them! If I was moving to Utah anytime soon, I would definitely use them to find a house.

Shortly after the death of my husband, I made the difficult decision to sell my home. I interviewed several agents and made the decision to go with the Bryan Burnett Group. Bryan's knowledge and professionalism made the decision an easy one. He showed patience with my every question and his honesty made it clear to me that he had my best interest in mind. He kept me in the loop with phone calls at least once every week. What sets the Bryan Burnett Group apart from other agencies was the customer service. Santiago from the Burnett Group was available to help me get ready to move to new living quarters. Santiago was a godsend in assisting me in the removal of decor from walls to delivering objects to local thrift stores. He even did a few repairs. I highly recommend the Bryan Burnett Group if you are ready to buy or sell your home. A daunting task for an 83 year old widow, Bryan made the selling process move smoothly and I am very grateful to his staff.

IT MATTERS WHO YOU HIRE!!! A LOT!!Everybody has a friend who is a realtor....But not everyone can get your house sold like Dakota Murdock!We had a beautiful home in St George. When it was time to sell, we hired a friend. The market was still doing ok for sellers and while we did get showings, we never got an offer. The answer was always a price drop. Well, nearly 3 months later, a few price drops and still no offers, we pulled the house off of the market and rented it instead. Not ideal for us.Then came the countless calls from other realtors when the listing expired, looking to be our listing agent. It was always the same 5 second call of "thanks but no thanks''. Then one day, we get a call from this Dakota guy...another realtor wanting to be OUR realtor...I can't say exactly what it was about Dakota in the first few seconds of that call, but I can say, I didn't feel the urge to rush him off the phone and hang up as quickly as I could. We talked about our situation for a long time. He gave us honest and professional advice. He then backed that up with hard data in an email the following day. Ultimately we decided to stay the course we were on. But Dakota stayed in our minds.A few months had passed and our renter decided to break the lease. We felt that we needed to stay loyal to our realtor friend. So we relisted with our friend. Again, the same limited showings came with no offers...again price drops. To say we were frustrated is an understatement! Gosh!! We did everything we could think of to make this beautiful home sell, but nothing worked.Then...out of nowhere, another call comes from Dakota Murdock. It was fate...because from that call he was at the house an hour later. In the hour he spent with us in the home, we had new insight and direction. We decided right there that we would go in a new direction. We gave Dakota the listing and also the listing for our 2nd home in Salt Lake...a much tougher sell! We warned him that our listings came with a disclaimer...BE WARNED, WE WILL BE BUGGING THE HECK OUT OF YOU ALL THE TIME! We had been through so much with bad representation! VERY, VERY SOURED by realtors and we were not taking another price drop! We gave him an executive order, "SELL THE HOUSE"! SON OF A GUN...HE SOLD ST. GEORGE... IN 16 DAYS!! 10k over asking. He actually sold the house THREE TIMES, FULL ASKING PRICE!! In the end, the exact right people got St. George! We are so happy!Salt Lake soon followed, though a much tougher deal. In fact, it was only because of Dakota and his expertise, that that deal stayed together! We just closed on that house on November 8th! WOOO HOOO!!We cannot sing Dakota's praises loud enough! We LOVE him and his entire team; Bryan, Tiera, Camille, Kirsti, Santiago and Denette!! They were responsive, professional, ethical and they even showed up at the closing!! What real estate group does that? Spoke volumes! We feel loved and feel like they are our family now!Dakota Murdock came along when we really needed help, honesty and expertise. We needed a champion! He was just that and our angel! Now, he is family! Not kidding. He will be in our lives forever!The takeaway here...GOD is GREAT...and so is Dakota Murdock at the Bryan Burnett Group! Bryan Burnett - Real Estate Services gets the job done!!! Hands down THE BEST REAL ESTATE TEAM, EVER!!VOTE FOR DAKOTA MURDOCK ALL DAY LONG ST GEORGE!! Whether buying or selling, HIRE THE MAN!! You will not regret it!!
