We recently sold one of our rental properties with Joel and his team, and let me tell you—when Joel says they offer a “turnkey” solution for sellers, he means it.One of the things I was dreading most was getting the property ready to list. After the tenant moved out, I walked Joel through the vacant property, handed him the keys, and that was it—I didn’t have to do another thing.Joel and his team took care of all the minor repairs, touch-ups, and professional cleaning, ensuring the property was in the best possible condition for showings. Having a full-time handyman on staff proved invaluable. I did not think I was going to make it thru what was left to get my parents house cleaned/cleared out to sell. Overwhelmed and feeling almost defeated. Met with several quick sell co.s, other realtors. Joel promised to take from there and finish the rest to list and sell. Working with Joel was great. He took the time to explain the overall process, was patient and didn't push listings on us. The entire process took around 1.5 months until we found a home that we liked. When some issues were identified during the home inspection, he demonstrated excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, which minimized our stress. Joel helped us buy our first home and we definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable and quick to respond.We quickly found out how fast homes go off the market, from seeing a home listed on a Friday and then finding out it’s already under contract by Monday. We recently sold our home with Joel’s help in what's lately been a volatile and highly daunting season for sellers. It took about two months, and with us needing to sell the house to move out of state and get back home by the end of the year, the stakes were fairly high. He kept the listing active and well-marketed, got us a lot of views and showings, and saw it all through to close. It had its stressful moments, but that's the market right now. He did the work.If you're selling in a tough season and need someone who will actually show up for it, we'd recommend him without hesitation.And if he judged me for any of the questions born out of fear and paranoia that I had about the selling process… he hid it well and replied with patience.
