We recently sold our home with Joel’s help in what's lately been a volatile and highly daunting season for sellers. It took about two months, and with us needing to sell the house to move out of state and get back home by the end of the year, the stakes were fairly high. He kept the listing active and well-marketed, got us a lot of views and showings, and saw it all through to close. It had its stressful moments, but that's the market right now. He did the work.If you're selling in a tough season and need someone who will actually show up for it, we'd recommend him without hesitation.And if he judged me for any of the questions born out of fear and paranoia that I had about the selling process… he hid it well and replied with patience.

We chose Joel based on his statistical success as the top realtor in the area, however as we closed our sale and reflected on our experience with Joel, it was so much more than data. He was always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. He was a strong negotiator and his team provided many extra services not offered by other realtors.
