As soon as I met Joel, I could tell he was the right man for the job. I live in California and have a rental in Utah that the tenant just moved out without notice leaving quite a bit of stuff. I also had previous commitments, and I thought I would have to come back to Utah in a couple of weeks to clean up, make repairs and or hire people in the area. Joel assured me he and his team could handle all of it. During the short walk through, where I saw problems, Joel had solutions. He and his team were professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From our first meeting to closing was 41 days and he even got me a little over my asking price. I’ve had an excellent experience working with Joel Carson. I’ve sold a home through him in his office. I’ve also sold a couple of lots. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is surrounded with himself with a team of experts and a support staff that can do everything from small repairs in the home to process management. He kept me well informed I came to trust him and implicitly and I would use him again and refer him to family and friends.

Joel knows the SLC market exceptionally well. He always made himself available when we needed info or wanted to see a house (or see it again, and then again). He helped us negotiate a purchase price below-asking with significant concessions, finding a creative solution to a couple tricky issues. Low key, calming vibe for us, but worked behind the scenes to get us everything we needed.

Joel was amazing. He and his team did all the hard lifting. We took what we wanted out of our home, then his team took over. They cleaned everything, removed all the junk, fixed all the little things. Working with Joel was great. He took the time to explain the overall process, was patient and didn't push listings on us. The entire process took around 1.5 months until we found a home that we liked. When some issues were identified during the home inspection, he demonstrated excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, which minimized our stress. We found Joel to be very reliable and enjoyed working with him.
