Ashley was highly recommended by a friend who has bought two homes in SLC. We had a list of must haves and hard no’s in very specific areas. Ashley understood exactly what we wanted and did not waste our time showing us possibilities. With very limited inventory that suited our criteria, Ashley found us a house in little more than a month which included the holiday season. She alerted us of the house before it hit the market. We got the house amongst 5 bidders because of her strong offer letter. The process was amazingly seamless and painless. She guided us with not only her immense knowledge, but also with lots of patience. She answered all our questions and concerns immediately. Even after we closed on the house, she’s still helping us with her vast knowledge of contractors and advice on how to improve our house. We are very grateful for Ashley’s guidance and support.

Ashley is the GOAT. She was recommended to me from my friends who also used her and I will recommend her to everyone moving forward. She was super helpful throughout the whole process, answered all million of my questions, is extremely knowledgeable and would tell it to me straight with her thoughts or concerns about properties.
