Ashley was amazing to work with. I have a very busy work travel schedule and she was highly accommodating to my family’s schedule. We moved from Texas to Utah to were unfamiliar with the area. She listened to our needs and wants to narrow down houses in neighborhoods that would fit a family needs. She is highly knowledgeable in home repair and maintenance needs so we knew what to expect out of each house. She is very well connected which made all of the closing processes seem less. We would definitely recommend her to any of our friends and family.

Ashley is what everybody wants in their real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond to any question, gives great advice and recommendations, and knows what she's doing. We used her on the buying side, then again on the selling side years later. She steers you in the right direction, but isn't pushy. She's straightforward and super likeable. If every agent was like Ashley, things would get done so fast and so efficient. I can't recommend her enough. She does incredible marketing, professional pictures, and goes above and beyond in every way.

Ashley was literally the perfect realtor. We needed to sell our family home after my mother passed and Ashley was the perfect combination of compassionate and professional. I live out of state so she handled everything for us.We got the house ready and it went under contract pretty quickly. There were a few issues that came up before we closed but Ashley was on top of everything and always willing to go to bat for us, and she had a solution ready to go before she even called me. I could have let her handle everything and it would have been just fine. I cannot say enough good things.

Ashley was highly recommended by a friend who has bought two homes in SLC. We had a list of must haves and hard no’s in very specific areas. Ashley understood exactly what we wanted and did not waste our time showing us possibilities. With very limited inventory that suited our criteria, Ashley found us a house in little more than a month which included the holiday season. She alerted us of the house before it hit the market. We got the house amongst 5 bidders because of her strong offer letter. The process was amazingly seamless and painless. She guided us with not only her immense knowledge, but also with lots of patience. She answered all our questions and concerns immediately. Even after we closed on the house, she’s still helping us with her vast knowledge of contractors and advice on how to improve our house. We are very grateful for Ashley’s guidance and support.

Ashley is the GOAT. She was recommended to me from my friends who also used her and I will recommend her to everyone moving forward. Ashley was phenomenal to work with! We were connected to her well before we relocated to SLC.
