Marcia has helped us with the sell and purchase process on four separate transactions. She is honest, professional with great attention to detail, and great knowledge of the real estate market. Marcia negotiates transactions carefully ensuring that her customers are aware of all options.. When out of office, you rarely knew it due to her ability to seamlessly transition her assistant into position to assist with questions, scheduling showings, or drawing up contracts. Marcia has an extensive knowledge of Cleveland TN and the surrounding area. She takes the time to get to know her clients and actually listens to their wants, needs and desires so she can tailor the home search. She is personable, friendly and most importantly genuinely interested in you. Her office staff was terrific. They stayed on top of all the details and dead lines during the purchase process. Marcia and her staff (Hanna & Whitney) responded to our home search with utmost professionalism as we are trying to relocate to the Cleveland TN area. She spent an entire weekend (In March 2017) devoting her services to us showing us several quality properties in the area. My daughter was looking for a house and had a realtor showing her properties. She had an appointment with that realtor but apparently something better came up for them at a higher price so the realtor completely ditched her. Marcia would never do that!

We contacted Marcia for our move from Hawaii to Cleveland. She was always very easy to communicate with responding to calls, texts and emails very quickly. The time difference between Hawaii and Cleveland was never apparent because of her dedication to customer service. The entire search for our home was done via phone and once narrowed down we did a few walk throughs via Facetime. She kept up with our fast pace and kept us informed. We used our VA benefit and Marcia helped us get a great deal on our new home. The seller was using a Relocation company to facilitate the sale. Marcia presented all the paperwork quickly via email and we were able to digitally sign on our phones using docusign while in Hawaii. This helped to make the amount of extra paperwork for a relocation company seem small. We were ready to close so quickly that asked to delay until we could get to Cleveland in person from Hawaii. Highly recommend Marcia to help with your cross country move. If your looking for a highly motivated agent that will aggressively work on your behalf Marcia will take good care of you!

She is from this area, and so knows neighborhoods very well, as well as builders and contractors. She and her husband, Dennis, were very professional, and worked overtime to help us with not only selling our home, but finding a new one. Highly recommend Marcia!
