William Eilf contacted us about selling some commercial property we owned. He felt certain he could find a buyer at the price we required. We signed with William and within days he had three buyers touring two of our properties. He had them both under contract that evening. As the process continued, we found William to be professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We closed last week and plan to use William again in the near future. William went above & beyond what would be expected of a realtor - We moved from out of state & William helped us find local lenders that would be able to qualify us for the type of mortgaged we needed.William had a working knowledge of the different homes & type of neighborhood we were looking for. William also worked on a Holiday so that the offer we made on the home we bought was the first offer the sellers received & William helped us Negotiate the best possible price.I would definitely recommend William Eilf to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home!
