Erica Bales overall did a wonderful job. She was very friendly with me. She was very informative to help me out if I had any questions. She went at bat to work for me. She went out of her way to make sure I get the best I can for the home and get my money's worth for it as well. When problems occurred as in my case last minute money wrench issues that came out of nowhere from the other party, she worked overtime for me to help me get them resolved. I have gained another friend as a result. I strongly recommend her to be anyone's real estate agent. Thank you Erica for all you did for me.
