I just hired Mandy to sell my house. After the tenant moved out, I asked her to check the house whether I need to repair before the house on the market. She didn't do it. She promised to put the house on pre-sale before the tenants moved out. She didn't do it. During the three months of the house on the market, she never contacted me telling who saw the house and what their replies. She is so QUIET. The open house should be one or two weeks after the house on the market. She did a open house after one month at my request.Result: The hose is not sold. I have to rent it out. I lost lot of money.
