I am so glad that I found Lonna and Austin to sell my 45 year old house from 2 1/2 hours away. Lonna knew the right people to do the needed work, quickly and at a reasonable cost. She knew what updates needed to be done to sell the house quickly and at a good price. She kept me informed of the process and progress. Lonna and her son, Austin, were excellent agents, the perfect blend of proactive and responsive. They went the extra mile to make the house show well so it could sell well, taking on extra responsibility because we were selling the house from afar, then agile in responding to every issue that arose. We could really rely on their considerable expertise as they explained everything clearly and well. We highly recommend them.
