Eric came recommended to us from a close friend of approximately 20 years. When she told me about her 2 experiences with him, both buying and selling, she referenced him as a miracle worker. After going through this process with him, in my opinion, that description is severely accurate. My father (74) simply reached a point where he couldn't keep up with his house/property anymore and it was time to take the next step. Prior to listing, there were areas that needed some attention and updates, both inside and out. His expertise as to which areas were more important than others (to a buyer's eye) were absolutely spot on, and his team gave us "the most bang for our buck" while budgeting and executing this plan of attack. While he might not enjoy me using the saying, "This guy is an old pro," he is exactly that, while carrying the positive energy and confidence of someone that thrives while truly enjoying what they do. This man is a veteran in his industry, tackling challenges from every angle. He seems to be unfazed by anything thrown his direction. At the end of the day, I would recommend him to anyone I know. I am deeply grateful to him (and his entire team) for handling our situation with care and confidence, yielding a result that left all parties very happy in the end. He will forever be "my guy" moving forward. Thank You, Eric. Your guidance and execution were second to none. We truly appreciate you.

When you are buying a home over 1000 miles away, one really needs someone knowledgeable about the area, easy to communicate with, and who takes the time to understand your top priorities and quirks.Eric really understood our time was limited as we could only make a few trips to look for houses. He helped us figure out what we liked in an area we were totally unfamiliar with. We had never really seen a basement before. We saw over 13 houses in 2 days in less than 6 hrs including sitting down in the office and talking afterward the first time we met with Eric. The next time we went out with him, 3 months later, he was able to predict what we wanted and why. Eric was out of town when we had to make our offer from our then home state, Chad took up the reigns for a couple of days with a phone call or two with Eric on a house that had multiple offers.Eric also helped us get the best lender and an amazing house inspector. I really don’t think anyone else but Eric could have made this happen for us. We love our new 105 yr old house.

Eric was very helpful selling my mother's home. He offered several ideas to make the home more attractive to potential buyers. He gave us an estimated time on the market and offers came in a timely manner. We received an offer from a well qualified buyer and everything was wrapped up very quickly. We were happy with the entire process.

I know from experience that Eric is extremely patient: not only did it take me a few weeks to write this review, he actually started helping me find a condo back in 2022. In three years, he was always happy to show me a place that might work, and he was just as glad as I was to finally find the right one. It was great meeting Eric, and I really appreciate all his hard work!

Eric was absolutely amazing! I am a first time home buyer and he was so patient with me during the hiccups I had. I would recommend trying Eric before any other realtor. He has so much knowledge about each house and the area they were located. He looked out for my well being as a buyer and not his commission from selling me a home. He made sure my home was the perfect fit. He has a wonderful mortgage agent Brenda who was equally as patient! She did her very best at looking out for me during the load process. She also assisted me in making the right choice for the long term. I am more than pleased with my experiance!!

Working with Eric and his team was a great experience!! Eric and his team always kept us informed every step of the way. Their response time was exceptional when we had to leave a messages with any questions or concerns. They always look out for their clients!! When there was an issue with who was responsible for a repairs on our garage he handled it on our behalf. The seller want us to pay for repairs that were not our responsibility. In the end we did not have to pay for the repairs. My husband and I didn't have do a thing. We highly recommend the Ryden Team. In the future if I ever decide to purchase a new home, I will use Eric Ryden and his team.
