Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing our new home. She went above and beyond her responsibilities by showing us several houses on the market and pointing out any flaws in said homes that might cause us problems at a later date. We greatly appreciated that. She also spent money out of her own pocket to pay for lawn items that we had agreed to buy from the previous owner (we sent her a check to cover the price, of course) when she could have simply told the previous owner we would pay when we got to our new home. That made it easier on both the previous owner and us as we weren't going to take possession for approximately a month after closing. She also agreed to furnish the keys to a relative of ours who lives in another town so we wouldn't have to track them down. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
