Jen did a fantastic job. We needed to leave town before we sold out house and it needed some repairs which she coordinated and the work was done quickly and economically. If you contract with her to selll your home you will not be disappointed

Jennea was recommended to us in 2023 and at the time that we reached out we realized we actually weren’t ready to sell our home at the time and buy a new one. She never seemed upset and always remained open to working with us once we were ready. She would keep in contact professionally and offered resources when we would ask (numbers of reliable plumbers and different services). Jennea came off and proved that she was trustworthy, she was/ is very experienced, thoughtful, attentive, informative and very kind! Never made us feel like we were asking a silly question.

She was great! She knew the area and what I was looking for. She was able to make the process hassle free and enjoyable. She was very honest and open when looking at houses and had the right people to call when things needed work. Great negotiation skills when it came to buying. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Would also definitely use her again when purchasing my next home.

Jennea was an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my home. She is not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable about the local market. Her competitive rates, based on the price of the home, were a big plus and made the entire process feel fair and transparent. Jennea was key in allowing the new buyer to assume my VA loan, giving them a great rate in today's economy while also helping me, as the seller, maximize the value of my home. Jennea was an absolute professional. She got my wife and me set up very early for success. So much so that we actually could have closed 2 months early if we wanted. She had a great gameplan, any time there was an issue she helped us resolve it in less than 48 hours. Jennea definitely knows her stuff and what she is doing. Closing did not feel like a business transaction at all, it felt very comfortable and relaxed. She did a great job taking care of us, and bringing the right people in to take care of us for financing and closing.

Jennea, was extremely professional! She knew the area which our property was located and all of the surrounding businesses. Very knowledgeable for all transactions and paperwork that had to be done for the seller and buyer, and kept me informed immediately of showings as they came in. I appreciated her responsiveness!
